I was all by my lonesome for my brief stay here. It was WONDERFUL!!! I want to go back, asap. I went in a off season time but wanted to do a shake down run of my RTT and this camp ground made it enjoyable.

Great location. Hidden in the valley. No highway noise. We had the small cabin and hiked small trails in the area was a perfect spot, right in the middle of Ouachita Forest. Family was nice and attentive, had cabin ready and our wood order already setting outside the cabin. Bathroom was just like a state park style. It was so quite, can't wait to bring the wife.

We stayed one night on an RV trip. The grounds are beautiful. The host was amazing. The canoe trip the next morning was peaceful bliss. Such a pretty place to visit and soak up nature.

This place is a hidden gem on the Ouachita River! I stayed at camp spot #5 and it was perfect, right next to the river and swimming hole! I purchased firewood and it was delivered to my site! Shower house is rustic with hot water, which was great. Restrooms were clean and just a short walk. I needed shuttle service, and my vehicle was waiting for me at my take out. Great experience and I for sure will return!!!

My friend and I were looking for a getaway and brought along her daughter and my granddaughter. Upon arrival, the owner was welcoming and very helpful, sharing great tips on the local area and the property. The property features a charming little farm with a mini cow, pig, ducks, and chickens, and we even collected fresh eggs! The cabin was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us. We had a great time unwinding by the campfire after a long day of crystal mining and swimming in the river. I would definitely return! Thank you!

Great cabin with amazing view. Super clean. The owners were so attentive and very friendly. Right on the river, lots of places to walk and explore. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a fine Italian meal. They supplied firewood and their livestock guard dog chilled with us by the fire before its night shift. We’ll never forget you, Shop. All-around great vacation. Would highly recommend.

The area is very nice and peaceful. Some of the sites had recently been flooded but they were calling people to move them into spots. We were able to be right next to our family that we had came to visit. It was a nice relaxing visit.
